On September 13, 2025, BAGS Ground Services proudly hosted Build the Team, Feel the Fun, bringing together employees from Ramp Operations, Ground Operations, Administration, Marketing, and Finance from stations across the country.
At BAGS, we deeply value our employees as the heart of our success. This event was created to celebrate our people, nurture happiness, and foster stronger bonds across the organization. It also provided a platform for open dialogue, where ideas and voices from every level could be heard and appreciated.
With active participation from both leadership and staff, the event strengthened relationships built on mentorship and teamwork – guiding, supporting, and growing together. These bonds will carry into daily operations and reflect in the seamless service we deliver to our airline partners and passengers worldwide.
