BAGS Ground Services was honored to participate in the Scoot Ground and Engineering Conference 2026, organized by Scoot Pte Ltd and held on 20 January 2026 at the Civil Service Club, Singapore. The conference brought together Scoot service partners from all stations across its operating network, fostering collaboration, engagement, and alignment toward shared future objectives.
The event served as an important platform for stakeholders to connect, bond, and openly discuss common challenges and operational experiences. Through meaningful dialogue and engagement, participants strengthened mutual understanding and cooperation, reinforcing a unified commitment to service excellence and continuous improvement.
A key highlight of the conference was the presentation of the STAR Award (Scoot Top Achievers Recognition). The STAR Award recognizes individuals and teams who have demonstrated exemplary performance, outstanding dedication, and exceptional service in their line of work. Beyond Scoot’s internal teams, the award also celebrates the best performers among Scoot’s valued partners, encouraging everyone involved in Scoot operations to consistently go above and beyond their call of duty for Scoot customers.
BAGS Ground Services is proud to congratulate Hat Yai (HDY) Station for achieving 2nd Place in the Best Station Award, and to extend our full support and congratulations to the Samui (USM) Station Team, who achieved 1st Place. Our station managers were pleased to attend the event and celebrate these remarkable achievements alongside industry partners.
