BAGS Ground Services Receives Dangerous Goods Handling Permission from CAAT
We are proud to announce that on 21 July 2025, BAGS Ground Services Company Limited became the first ground handling operator in Thailand to be officially granted permission by the Civil Aviation Authority of Thailand (CAAT) to load and unload dangerous goods on board aircraft.
This license (No. DGL.OEO.0001) is valid from 1 August 2025 to 31 July 2030, and authorizes BAGS to handle dangerous goods transported by air to or from the Kingdom of Thailand.
This certification is in accordance with:
- The Civil Aviation Authority of Thailand Requirement No. 68 – Application for and issuance of permission for operating Dangerous Goods and Prohibited or Special Handling Items
- The Civil Aviation Authority of Thailand Requirement No. 73 – Operations regarding the Transport of Dangerous Goods and Prohibited or Special Handling Items
Important Note for Airlines:
