BAGS Ground Services is pleased to welcome K-Mile Air as our new customer, supporting its freighter operations on the Chiang Mai (CNX) – Shenzhen (SZX) route, effective 22 June 2026.

The service was initially scheduled as a technical stop for refueling at Chiang Mai.

GSE Fleet Update

From 8–11 June 2026, representatives from BAGS Ground Services’ Ground Service Operations, Maintenance, and Procurement teams visited Waycan in Suqian, China, to conduct a pre-inspection of three newly procured Potable Water Trucks.

Certification

BAGS Ground Services is proud to announce that its Krabi Station (KBV) has successfully achieved recognition under the IATA Enhanced GSE Recognition Program, receiving recognition certificate GSE-REC-26-0091.

This accomplishment follows the successful completion of the IATA GSE Fleet Validation process, which was made possible through the strong collaboration between the Ramp Operations Department and the GSE Maintenance Team in preparing and submitting the required fleet information in accordance with IATA requirements.

On 12 March 2026 at 10:00 AM, BAGS Ground Services Co., Ltd. had the distinguished honor of serving as a co-host in a merit-making ceremony and wreath-laying tribute during the royal chanting ceremony held in honor of Her Majesty Queen Sirikit The Queen Mother at the Dusit Maha Prasat Throne Hall within the Grand Palace.

BAGS Ground Services is proud to announce that its Krabi station has been recognized by flydubai with a Certification of Appreciation, ranking among the Top 3 – Ground Handling of the Year 2025.

The certificate was officially presented on 17 February 2026 in recognition of the team’s distinguished achievement and outstanding operational performance.

BAGS Ground Services was honored to participate in the Scoot Ground and Engineering Conference 2026, organized by Scoot Pte Ltd and held on 20 January 2026 at the Civil Service Club, Singapore. The conference brought together Scoot service partners from all stations across its operating network, fostering collaboration, engagement, and alignment toward shared future objectives.

BAGS Ground Services proudly welcomed Belavia Belarusian Airlines on the occasion of its inaugural charter flight operating between Minsk National Airport (MSQ), Republic of Belarus, and U-Tapao International Airport (UTP), Rayong–Pattaya, Thailand.

BAGS Ground Services proudly welcomed Scoot on its inaugural flight to Chiang Rai International Airport (CEI) on 1 January 2026, marking an important milestone in international connectivity for Northern Thailand.

On 29 November 2025, BAGS Ground Services proudly welcomed Air Arabia’s inaugural flight to Krabi International Airport (KBV). This marks the beginning of a new chapter in connectivity between Krabi, Thailand, and Sharjah, United Arab Emirates.
