We would like to share an important update from the Civil Aviation Authority of Thailand (CAAT) regarding a new regulation that will come into effect on May 20, 2025. This new regulation is designed to enhance the protection of passenger rights on both domestic and international flights, ensuring a higher standard of service and clearer procedures in situations such as flight delays, tarmac delays for both domestic and international flights, and domestic and international flight cancellations.
