หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ

• Perform flight documents preparation
• Position in front of check-in counters Departure Hall and also to provide services to all passengers.
• Perform check-in and boarding supervision according to airline procedures.
• Report final passenger acceptance divided by class of services and any passenger needs special services i.e. WCHR, NON ENG and etc. to airline.
• Coordinate with Immigration, Quarantine and Customs for Flight Formalities.
• Alert loader staff, baggage handling staff to deliver all baggage to the aircraft after flight is closed.
• Perform irregularity handling according to irregularity checklist.
• Perform baggage service both arrival and departure; and keep reporting and recording any irregularities.
• Report safety, security, and quality issue to Station Manager and/or superior as BAGS SMS reporting system
• Other tasks and duties as assigned by company

หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ

• Focus on safety operating all equipment under regulations and airline customer requirement.
• To ensure ground services equipment is in good condition and ready to serve the customers at all time.
• Monitoring parking area and check FOD before aircraft landing.
• To prepare ground service equipment is suitable for customers’ aircraft type
• To perform Headset or Marshaller as be assigned
• To check equipment and vehicles are positioned clear of the movement path outside the Equipment Restraint Area (ERA)
• Check that the stand area is clear of objects and obstructions which the aircraft may strike or endanger others due to jet blast effects
• A qualified person Signal man shall give signals.
• Assists the pilot-in command during the arrival at and departure from the parking area or when the aircraft is passing close to obstacles.
• Ensure ramp workplace is clean and safety all the time
• Dispatch and pushback of Aircraft
• Communicate to ground and flight deck communication for towing of Aircraft in correct phase.
• Communicate for all staff in safe condition during engine starting
• Establish interphone communication with flight deck or cockpit crew.
• Monitoring parking area and check FOD before aircraft landing
• Report safety, security, and quality issue to Station Manager and/or superior as BAGS SMS reporting system
• To report supervisor in case of mishandling immediately

• Loading baggage and cargo shipment onto aircraft according to load instruction.
• To follow loading instruction correctly and within ground time.
• Monitoring parking area and check FOD before aircraft landing.
• To monitor all work functions and report to the supervisor in case of miss handling immediately.
• Load and Unload passenger’s baggage on/off conveyor belt
• To recheck passenger’s destination tag before loading/unloading
• Report safety, security, and quality issue to Station Manager and/or superior as BAGS SMS reporting system

• Ensure all activities for ramp operation under safety condition.
