Produce working procedures and methods to service general passengers and VIP passengers by Ground Operations Department to achieve efficiency of service and highest passenger satisfaction
Monitoring Passenger Service staff for grooming, keep looking good and be ready to accommodate passengers to achieve highest passenger satisfaction
Allocate staff with right qualifications for the job. Supervise preparation of work schedule to ensure it is consistent with work load so that staff can perform duties with no difficulties
Monitor and supervise the staff to ensure they observe company rules and regulations
Coordinate with relevant work units internally and externally to facilitate VIP passengers, ensure that VIP services are conducted smoothly, safely and consistently and make a great impression
Check and assess external suppliers and report to superior, if found that they do not comply with the agreement, report to superior for consideration before making the next order
Management of personnel in the division with responsibility for safety in the workplace as required by the law for protection and control of accidents and any other losses for the company

Prepare information needed to perform ground services for each flight, assign daily duties and work station to the staff in compliance with knowledge and skills of each post holder so that they can provide quick services with accuracy, consistency and comply with ground service procedures.
Monitor and check that staff perform duties in compliance with schedule and standard and meet target for each activity in order to reduce waste of time and operation cost, enable the flight to depart on schedule and to create good image on services given by the company.
Monitor and advise subordinates on their performance so they can successfully complete the assignment. Quick to give a helping hand when found an indication that disagreement or errors may develop from providing ground services in order to protect the company from further damage or expenses.
Set plan and negotiate with passengers on payment for damages that post holder authorized to decide in case of flight irregularity.
Manage documents, compile reports on irregularity situations, summarize actions taken, and submit to superior and relevant divisions for information and reference.
Evaluate and send report of daily performance to inform manager of progress or achievement of the assignment. Propose methods to develop or improve efficiency and procedures of service.
Contact and coordinate with relevant divisions both in the company and outside to develop good relationship and cooperation and ensure effective performance of ground services.
Data for performance of ground services constantly changes. Post holder must pass updated data to the staff so they can perform duties on the same standard. Promote development and improvement of knowledge and skills of the staff.
Administration of special projects as assigned by superior for completion on schedule. Evaluate result to ensure continuous development and improvement of performance.
Management of personnel under post holder line of command. Put safety policy into practice to protect staff from danger during performance of duty.
Carry out all concerned duties regarding to Quality, Safety & Security required by the company.
