Oversee and prepare daily manpower to meet daily basis flight operation adequately.
Oversee direct subordinate staffs and ensure staffs’ performance meet Division work’s procedure.
Oversee the attendance records of subordinate staff members and ensure that the documents reflective reality. Closely monitor the leave balances of all subordinate.
Staff members to ensure that these balances remain within reasonable limits.
Allocate work to subordinate staff members appropriately according to their job description.
Ensure that daily manpower is served daily basis flight operation.
Undertake and conduct skills training activities to develop staff members’ skills efficiently.
Liaise with direct superior to improve department operation and division’s planning.
Evaluate subordinate staff members annually and reporting to direct superior.

Ensure Passenger Service Agent perform baggage service both arrival and departure; and keep reporting and recording any regularities as per customer airlines requirements.

Check the flight information; Flight number, registration of aircraft, schedule and estimate time of arrival and departure, parking position, boarding gate number and estimated dead load joining.
Perform Last Minute Change when applicable.
Communicate the ATA of the aircraft to the flight operation officer confirming the aircraft type and the registration. Escalate any Ground Services Equipment (GSE) serviceability concerns to the flight operation officer on the shift.
To monitor all work functions and report to the supervisor in case of miss handling immediately.
Check condition of Dangerous Goods (DG) and another special load stowed and segregated correctly
Report to Senior Load Control if some irregularity which related/effected to aircraft weight & balance, differences in the positioning of planned load and final actual weights/positioning of planned loads. Record the number of baggage pieces and the actual weight of cargo, mail and equipment in bulk compartments on the loading report.
Report safety, security, and quality issue to Station Manager and/or superior as BAGS SMS reporting system.
Other tasks and duties as assigned by company.
Prepare Load Planning and Load & Trim sheet.
Check of Load & Trim sheet against the LIR and another document.
Total traffic load not exceeding allowed traffic load.
Provide Actual passenger, Actual Fuel Report, and Dead Load Report to customer airline, Load Control Centre in correspond timeline stated in flight handling procedure.
Send operational message (Pre or Post flight) MVT, LDM, CPM, UCM etc.
Provide and print flight package information (Computer Flight Plan, SIG/Wind Chart, TAF, METAR and NOTAM) and hand over to PIC (as customer airline requirement).
Communicate with PIC via Air to Ground (as customer airline requirement).
Collect the required information LDM, CPM, Baggage irregularity tags with communicate the information to Load Control function and/or Senior Passenger Services.
Establish and maintain an efficient safety in loading handling to be in compliance with customers’ rules and regulations.
Utilize the Load Deviation Authorization form in case of any change in the load plan (within last minute change (LMC) limits) and provide to the Load Control who responsible for Weight and Balance.
Cross check the loading report and deliver the signed loading report to the Load control function staff.
Conduct visual bay sweep prior to door closure and requests logistics for collection of any offloaded dead load.
Monitoring parking area and check FOD before aircraft landing.
Monitor the loading process to ensure that the assigned dead load is loaded and reconciled as per the LIR.
Supervise the loading of the aircraft in accordance with the Loading Instruction/Report (LIR).
Coordinate with Passenger Services Agent beginning of boarding.
Ensure GSE used at the aircraft is suitable for the purpose and maintained in the safe condition that not to cause damage to the aircraft or persons in the vicinity of the aircraft.
Monitor all other ramp activities.
Present Final LIR to concerned personnel and ensure LIR is signed by authorized persons.
Before loading, check the physical condition of the load (damage, leakage, etc.).
Ensure ramp personnel checks all separation and door nets are correctly installed before the compartment doors are closed.
