New CAAT Regulation Enhancing Passenger Rights – Effective May 20, 2025

BAGS Ground Services is committed to keeping our passengers informed and supported throughout their journey. We would like to share an important update from the Civil Aviation Authority of Thailand (CAAT) regarding a new regulation that will come into effect on May 20, 2025.

This new regulation is designed to enhance the protection of passenger rights on both domestic and international flights, ensuring a higher standard of service and clearer procedures in situations such as flight delays, tarmac delays for both domestic and international flights, and domestic and international flight cancellations.

BAGS Ground Services is delighted to provide ground handling services for Neos Airlines, connecting Prague (PRG Airport) to Krabi International Airport! The first flight touched down on 8 January 2025, kicking off a weekly service running from January to March 2025.
